Cancellation Policy 

Orders can be cancelled before the items are shipped by contacting me via e-mail: pokemonnostalgia1991@gmail.com

Cancellation requests MUST be sent within 24 hours of the order being placed to attempt to cancel the order.

Please note that all order cancellation requests are subject to a non-refundable 15% cancellation fee. This includes all items that are currently in-stock, and all pre-order items. If your order is cancelled by me for any reason without your request, you will NOT be charged the 15% cancellation fee.

If your order cannot be cancelled because they have already been processed and shipped, please see our "Return Policy".

Return Policy 

Damages, Missing Items, or Other Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us within 24 hours if there are any issues such as damage, missing items, or other issues with the order. Inquiries made after 24 hours of receiving the order will not be eligible for refunds or replacements.

Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact me at pokemonnostalgia1991@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, you will then receive instructions on how to send the goods back to us. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed upon. Returns are also subject to a 15% re-stocking fee. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be refunded.
